The objective of the Women’s Desk is to recognize, support and uplift women in the construction Industry in Zimbabwe. The desk aims to be a space for consultation and coordination between the association and women in the construction industry.

The desk aims to develop, support, grow and mentor the women in construction and its values are built on excellence, integrity, trust and innovation. Therefore, our journey together is for:

• Those women who want to excel in the male dominated sector and excel.
• Women who will become innovators and push the construction industry to the next level
• Women who wish to leave legacies for the next generation of the girl child within the industry.
